Little Light Of Mine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization offering professional photography services, free of charge, to families with children fighting life-threatening illness or injury.

We appreciate your support and rely on it to provide our services. To donate, please click the button or link at the top. Every dollar brings us closer to providing one more family with not just a photograph but memories for families of children too sick to come home or are sick at home.

What We Do

  • On-call photography services for children who are at end of life.
  • Scheduled sessions throughout the month for families whose situations are less urgent,
  • The entire collection of high resolution images on digital media, free of charge, to each family we serve.
  • We are currently partnered with Children’s Dream Fund, All Children’s Hospital, and Stepping Stones Pediatric Hospice.

Why We Provide It

Many families who are caring for a sick child fall into financial hardship and can not afford professional photography services.  Families in this situation may simply not have hiring a professional photographer on their minds.  We partner with organizations and attend community events to inform others of our service.  Please refer any family you feel would benefit from our services.

What We Need

AngieandIsaacWe are at the beginning of our journey and need your help just to get started. Initial costs include incorporation fees, 501(c)(3) fees, printing, and other organization expenses to meet the enormous demand we are receiving.  We need more photographers and people to connect them with families.  Everyone has a role in our organization.  Please consider attending one of our monthly meetings on the 4th Tuesday of the month.  Details can be found on our Facebook page.

Please also check back to this website, as we are working on exciting improvements including information about our board, our partner photographers, acknowledgment of local businesses who have helped us get started, and of course more photos of our beautiful families.
